Butterfly Valve:

This type of liquid flow control valve is commonly used in the oil and gas processing industry. for transmission of oil and gas in water and wastewater plants and in hydroelectric and thermal power plants. They are often used because they are lightweight, easy to use, and clean up on their own. And when the flow control needle valve opens, there is not much pressure drop.

Gate Valve:

Gate valves are best suited for isolating or closing valves. Do you want full flow or no flow? When fully open, the liquid flows in a straight line, and there is no significant pressure drop due to low resistance to flow.

Liquid Flow Control Valve Classification:

The electronic flow control valve  consists of two main parts: the body and the stem. The body incorporates a shell style that joins the supply and delivery lines. The stem consists of a plug, a valve stem, and a seat.

A change occurs in the valve, which is operated by the connecting rod, to initiate flow resistance. The plug and the rod move up. This causes a reduction in the size of the opening between the plug and the seat and gradually causes a change in flow rate. The direction in which the fluid flow changes must be considered because if the direction changes, the flow will also turn, and this can cause valve problems.
