Step 2:

We will draw the arms and the waist to continue this dress design drawing. Instead, use lots of curved lines for the wide sleeves of the gown. The model’s arms will extend from the center of these ruffled sleeves. We will also add stylish sleeves on the components that extend to the elbows.
